DocPoint's contact database lists names and addresses of recipients of your
outgoing mail and email. In the simplest way, you can use the contact list to
store information about the people and organizations you correspond with in
paper mail and email. In addition, DocPoint allows you to import contact
details from Microsoft Outlook and automatically uses contact details with
document templates.
