DocPoint Software Updates
If you are an existing DocPoint customer, please use the following link to download and install the DocPoint software updates. You will require your user name and password. Forgot your password? Our support team is a click away.

Click on the following link to download the DocPoint software update, and save the file in a temporary folder.
DocPoint Update

Close all open applications before proceeding. In a Windows Terminal environment, log off all users while performing the update.

Run the DocPoint software update you just downloaded.

Activate DocPoint and disregard the warning messages.

From the menu, select 'Tools->Initialize' and press the 'Link to Dbase' button.

When installing the DocPoint connector updates choose the 'Repair' option.
